What changes for your firm
Rewriting the same reminder email
Fewer follow up emails
Clients see exactly what is still missing in their own checklist, so staff stop sending reminders one by one.
Deadlines tracked on a spreadsheet
Disclosure deadlines in view
Every disclosure period is tracked per matter, with due dates the whole team can see.
Disclosure statements typed by hand
Cleaner disclosure statements
Reviewed documents go straight into an initial or supplemental disclosure statement with an exhibit index.
Four steps from invite to disclosure statement
One place for intake, documents, review, deadlines and disclosure statements, instead of email threads and shared folders.
- Step 1
Invite your client
Open the matter and send a secure invite. Your client signs in to their own portal.
- Step 2
Client uploads
The client completes the questionnaire and works through the checklist from a phone or computer.
- Step 3
Staff review
Your team checks each document, approves it or asks the client for a new copy with a note.
- Step 4
Prepare the disclosure statement
Draft the statement from reviewed documents, have an attorney approve it, and add numbered supplements as new material comes in.
A portal your clients can actually use
Most clients are going through a hard time and are not technical. The portal shows one clear list, in plain language, with a button for each item.
- Works in the browser on any phone or computer, nothing to install
- Take a photo of a paper statement and it is uploaded
- Clients see what is done, what is missing and what needs a better copy
- The intake questionnaire can be answered in English or Spanish. The rest of the portal is in English for now.
Built for confidential client financial records
Divorce files hold bank statements, tax returns and account numbers. Disclosio is designed around protecting them.
Firm data isolation
Each firm's data is kept separate from every other firm on the platform.
Microsoft sign-in for staff
Staff sign in with their existing Microsoft accounts using single sign-on, so your firm's account policies apply.
Encrypted storage
Uploaded documents are stored encrypted.
Virus scanning on uploads
Every file a client uploads is scanned before your staff opens it.
Access control
Clients only see their own matter. Staff access is managed by your firm.
AI under your control
AI assistance is optional and off until a firm administrator turns it on. AI can also be turned off for a single matter on request.
Built for Arizona Rule 49 disclosure
Disclosio's checklists and deadline tracking are organized around disclosure under Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure, Rule 49. Arizona family law firms can run disclosure the way the rule expects, without building their own trackers.
