5. SMS messaging consent
Program: Disclosio text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, on our text messages page or in your notification preferences, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Disclosio about your matters (document requests and deadlines), one-time security codes (PINs) for documents shared with you, and account security events. Consent is not a condition of using the Service.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with your matter activity; most people receive fewer than five messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Disclosio text message. Reply HELP for help, or email support@disclosio.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

8. Service availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
