What your clients see
Most clients in a divorce are having a hard time, and many are not technical. The Disclosio portal gives them one plain list of what their legal team needs, on the phone they already have.
Your client's steps
Step 1: An invite from their legal team
Your client gets an invite and signs in to their own secure portal in the browser. There is no app to install, and they only ever see their own matter.
Step 2: A short questionnaire, in English or Spanish
Plain questions about income, accounts, property and debts. Answers save as they go, so they can stop and come back later. They can switch the questionnaire to Spanish at any time.
Step 3: One list of what is still needed
Each item says what to send in plain words. For statements, they see which months are already in and which are still missing.
Step 4: Upload from the phone camera
Paper statement on the kitchen table? They take a photo and it is uploaded. Files from a computer work too.
Step 5: A clear note when something needs fixing
If your team needs a new copy, the item says what is wrong and what to send instead. Your client also gets an email about it.
Step 6: Questions go to the legal team
Each item has its own messages, so a question about a statement stays with that statement instead of getting lost in an inbox.

Languages
The intake questionnaire is available in English and Spanish, and your client can switch at any time. The rest of the portal, including the document list and messages, is in English for now. Questions your firm adds to the questionnaire show in Spanish once your firm adds Spanish wording.
Built to be easy to use
Large buttons, plain words and text that reflows when zoomed. The portal is built to work with a keyboard alone, and the status of each item is shown in words, not colour alone. Read the accessibility statement.
See the portal the way your clients will
In the demo we open the client portal on a phone, with a sample matter. No commitment.
